Opening the App Store does not sign you in to Anaya automatically. Already installed the app? Open it and sign in with your existing details. Forgotten your password? Use the password-reset option on Anaya’s sign-in screen.

Prepaid / Pay as you go
Pay once for the credits, voice minutes or feature uses you choose. These purchases do not renew automatically.
Credit packs
Free/PAYG customers can buy without subscribing. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available if you cancel a plan.
Eligible Founders receive 10% extra credits on their first purchased pack only: Seedling 110, Bloom 275 or Flourish 660. Sign in to check your bonus.
How credits work
Use purchased credits in Anaya: voice 22 per minute, Nutrition Insights 10 per use, Smart Swaps 20 per use, Mood Map 15 per report, and Care Circle 100 for eligible access. Knock Knock Plus cannot be purchased with credits. Earned rewards are separate and cannot be combined with purchased credits.

Cancel website renewals using your account controls above; manage store purchases in their original store. If you already pay for standalone Knock Knock Lite, cancel its renewal and wait for that paid period to end before buying Plus.
