Subscription, PAYG & Credits Terms

1Prices and billing

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase, together with any applicable tax, currency conversion or platform charge.

Purchases may be processed through:

• Apple App Store;
• Google Play; or
• another authorised payment provider where offered.

The billing provider’s applicable payment and cancellation terms also apply.

2Subscriptions

Coach Anaya may offer recurring subscription plans including Core, Elite and Guardian.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

• subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period;
• the applicable subscription price is charged through your selected billing provider;
• you may cancel future renewal through the relevant platform or authorised account-management route; and
• cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for a billing period already commenced, except where required by law or platform rules.

3Trial access

Coach Anaya may offer a free or promotional trial.

The duration and features of the trial are those displayed when you start it.

If a trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, the conversion terms and price will be shown before you subscribe.

You are responsible for cancelling before the stated conversion time if you do not wish to continue into a paid subscription.

4Founders pricing

Eligible Founders Circle users may receive introductory subscription pricing for the first three consecutive paid monthly billing periods, subject to the separate Founders Circle Offer Terms.

Founders pricing is not three months prepaid.

If you cancel during the Founders period:

• future charges stop in accordance with the applicable platform rules; and
• any unused Founders pricing entitlement ends on cancellation.

If you later re-subscribe, the then-current standard price may apply.

5PAYG credits and packs

Coach Anaya may offer prepaid credits or feature-specific packs.

Credits:

• must be purchased before use;
• are applied to eligible features described at purchase;
• are not cash;
• are not transferable between unrelated accounts unless expressly stated;
• do not earn interest; and
• may be subject to expiry where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

If no expiry is stated at purchase, we will not introduce an undisclosed expiry retroactively.

6Voice-minute packs

Additional voice minutes may be available for purchase separately.

Voice-minute packs are used only for eligible Coach Anaya voice functionality and do not represent telephone minutes, cash value or a general account balance.

Usage may depend on actual voice-processing time and technical rounding rules disclosed in the app where relevant.

7Add-ons

Coach Anaya may offer optional paid add-ons such as:

• AI Nutrition Insights;
• Smart Swaps;
• Advanced Nudges;
• Mood Map;
• Care Circle;
• additional voice minutes; and
• other feature modules introduced from time to time.

An add-on may require an active eligible subscription where stated.

The feature description shown at purchase governs what is included.

8“Unlimited” features and fair use

Where a feature is described as Unlimited, that means there is no ordinary per-use charge or published hard usage cap for normal personal use during the applicable entitlement period.

Unlimited access remains subject to reasonable fair-use, security and abuse controls.

We may investigate or restrict usage that is clearly automated, commercial, abusive, technically harmful, fraudulent or materially inconsistent with normal personal use.

We will not use fair-use provisions as an undisclosed routine usage cap.

9One-off purchases

Coach Anaya may offer one-time purchases, such as a Food Blueprint or another standalone digital feature.

A one-off purchase does not automatically create a recurring subscription unless clearly stated before purchase.

10Family, Guardian and Care Circle access

Where a subscription or add-on includes shared, family, Guardian or Care Circle functionality:

• the included number of profiles or seats is determined by the plan description;
• additional seats may require a separate fee;
• each participant may need their own account, invitation or acceptance process; and
• health and wellness information is not automatically shared merely because someone is connected to the same plan.

Care Circle sharing is also governed by the Knock Knock & Care Circle Terms.

11Changes to pricing

We may change future prices.

A price change will not ordinarily alter a billing period you have already paid for.

For recurring subscriptions, material price changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable platform rules and law before the new price takes effect.

You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.

12Refunds

Refund rights depend on:

• the billing provider used;
• applicable consumer law;
• the nature of the purchase; and
• the circumstances of the request.

For Apple purchases, refund requests may need to be submitted through Apple.

For Google Play purchases, Google Play refund procedures may apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes any refund, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails:

• the billing provider may retry the payment;
• access to paid features may be limited or suspended; and
• the subscription may end if payment is not successfully completed.

We do not charge additional penalties unless clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

14Plan changes

If you upgrade or downgrade a plan, the timing and financial effect of the change may depend on the billing provider.

Proration, immediate upgrades, deferred downgrades or billing-date adjustments may therefore be handled by Apple, Google or the relevant payment provider.

Any Founder-specific consequences are governed by the Founders Circle Offer Terms.

15Promotional offers

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, bonus credits, introductory access or other offers.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility period, expiry date and conditions.

Promotional benefits are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

16Account closure and unused entitlements

If you voluntarily delete your account, access to unused subscription periods, credits or digital entitlements may be lost.

Before deleting an account, you should consider whether you have unused paid entitlements.

Deleting the app from your device does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You must cancel a recurring subscription through the relevant billing provider where required.

17Service interruption

Temporary service interruption does not automatically create a refund.

Where a paid service is materially unavailable for an unreasonable period, we may provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law or platform rules.

18Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, refund right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
