Founders Circle Offer Terms

1Eligibility

The Founders Circle offer is intended for eligible users who pre-register for Coach Anaya during the Founders Circle offer period.

Pre-registrations received from 28 August 2026 are included where the user otherwise satisfies the offer requirements.

Founders Circle pre-registration closes at 11:00 a.m. Melbourne time on Sunday 11 October 2026 (AEDT, UTC+11). New registrations received at or after that time do not qualify for this offer.

Eligible pre-registrations submitted through the official registration form qualify whether reached by QR code, referral link or directly through the website. Scanning a QR code is not a separate eligibility requirement. Creating an Anaya account alone does not constitute Founders pre-registration.

Eligible registrations received before the deadline retain their earned benefit. This includes Android users waiting for the Android release, who may activate later using the same verified registration email. Android availability does not extend the deadline for new registrations.

2Pre-registration is not a purchase

Joining the Founders Circle does not itself create a paid subscription or charge your payment method.

To receive Founders subscription pricing, an eligible user must subsequently activate a qualifying paid Coach Anaya subscription through the available purchase process.

3Founders subscription pricing

Eligible Founders Circle members may receive introductory pricing for the first three consecutive paid monthly billing periods of a qualifying Coach Anaya subscription.

Current Founders pricing is:

Core

US$14.99 per month instead of US$19.99

Elite

US$39.99 per month instead of US$49.99

Guardian

US$59.99 per month instead of US$69.99

Prices may be displayed in local currency by Apple, Google or another authorised payment provider and may include applicable taxes or platform-specific currency conversion.

The checkout price displayed by the applicable billing provider governs the transaction.

4Three paid months — not prepaid

The Founders benefit applies to three consecutive paid monthly billing periods.

You are not charged for all three months in advance merely because you activate Founders pricing.

Each monthly charge occurs according to the applicable subscription and billing-platform rules.

5Cancellation during the Founders period

You may cancel future renewal at any time through the applicable billing provider.

If you cancel before completing all three Founders billing periods:

• future subscription charges stop in accordance with the applicable billing rules; and
• any unused Founders pricing entitlement ends on cancellation.

If you later re-subscribe, you should expect the then-current standard subscription price to apply unless another offer is expressly made available to you.

6Changing plans

Changing between eligible Coach Anaya subscription plans does not restart or extend the three-month Founders period.

The Founders entitlement is attached to the eligible member, not reset each time a plan changes.

Where a plan change occurs, Apple, Google or the applicable billing provider may determine when the new price takes effect and whether any proration applies.

7Founders entitlement cannot be repeatedly reset

Creating additional accounts, cancelling and re-subscribing, changing plans or otherwise attempting to recreate eligibility does not create a new three-month Founders period.

We may use reasonable account and transaction information to prevent duplicate or abusive claims.

8Other Founders benefits

From time to time, Founders Circle members may be offered additional launch benefits such as bonus credits, early-access features or promotional entitlements.

Where an additional Founders benefit is offered, the specific benefit and any applicable conditions will be shown in the relevant offer, app screen or checkout information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Founders pricing does not automatically discount every Coach Anaya add-on, credit pack or one-off purchase.

9Availability of plans and features

Access to a particular subscription plan or feature may depend on:

• country or territory;
• platform availability;
• applicable law;
• Apple or Google billing availability; and
• technical availability at the time of launch.

If a qualifying plan is temporarily unavailable in a particular territory, we may provide an equivalent activation opportunity where reasonably practicable.

10Account and email matching

We may ask you to use the same email address, phone number or other identifier used during Founders Circle pre-registration so that we can verify eligibility.

If you registered using different details or have difficulty activating the offer, contact customerservice@foodrx.com.au.

11Non-transferable

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, Founders Circle eligibility is personal to the individual who registered and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

12Changes to the offer

We may clarify or update these terms where reasonably necessary for legal, technical or billing-platform reasons.

We will not retrospectively remove a Founders benefit that an eligible person has already validly earned or purchased, except where required by law or necessary to correct fraud or misuse.

13Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
