Delete your Coach Anaya account
If you no longer wish to use Coach Anaya, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated account data.
Deleting your account is different from cancelling a subscription. If you have an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, you should cancel that subscription separately to prevent future renewal.
Two ways to delete your account.
Request account deletion

Request received.
Your Coach Anaya account deletion request has been received. We may contact you if we need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What will be deleted?
When your account deletion is completed, Coach Anaya will delete or de-identify account data associated with your account that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
This may include, where applicable:
- account and profile information
- personal preferences and settings
- food and meal records
- meal-photo records associated with your account
- fasting records
- medicine and supplement logs
- app interaction and coaching history associated with your account
- Knock Knock preferences and nominated support-contact information
- other personal data linked to your Coach Anaya account
Information we may retain
Some information may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as:
- legal or regulatory obligations
- financial and transaction records
- fraud prevention and security
- dispute resolution
- enforcement of legal rights
Where data must be retained, it will be handled in accordance with the Coach Anaya Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Subscriptions are separate.
Deleting your Coach Anaya account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription unless the platform processes it that way.
Before deleting your account:
Apple: manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Subscriptions.
Google Play: manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Subscriptions.
What happens after you request deletion?
- We receive your deletion request.
- Where necessary, we verify that you are the account holder.
- Your Coach Anaya account and associated deletable data are permanently deleted or de-identified.
- You receive confirmation when the process is complete.
Changed your mind?
If deletion has not yet been completed, contact Coach Anaya Support as soon as possible.
Once deletion has been completed, some or all deleted data may not be recoverable.
