Coach Anaya
Service Providers & International Processing

Coach Anaya uses selected third-party service providers to operate the app, website, communications, payments, artificial intelligence features and related infrastructure.
This page explains the main providers that may process personal information on our behalf and the countries or regions in which processing may occur.
Infrastructure, subprocessors and processing locations can change over time. We review and update this information where reasonably practicable.
1Supabase
Coach Anaya currently uses Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Singapore region for relevant backend services.
2OpenAI
Coach Anaya currently uses OpenAI’s standard/global API infrastructure. Processing may occur outside Australia depending on OpenAI’s infrastructure and authorised subprocessors.
We do not represent that OpenAI processing is limited to Australia.
3Twilio
Twilio may process relevant contact, delivery and communications information required to provide messaging or communications services.
Processing locations may vary according to Twilio infrastructure, routing and subprocessors.
4360dialog / WhatsApp / Meta
Coach Anaya may use 360dialog together with WhatsApp/Meta where WhatsApp-based functionality is enabled.
Where Australian local storage is available and appropriate, we may configure it for relevant message data. Some processing may still occur internationally as required to provide the service.
If WhatsApp functionality is not enabled for your account, these providers may not process your information for that feature.
5Hostinger
Personal information submitted through relevant FoodRx website pages may therefore be processed or stored in the United States.
6Apple
Apple may process information independently under its own privacy terms as well as information necessary to support Coach Anaya functionality such as purchases and push notifications.
7Google
Google may process information independently under its own privacy terms as well as information necessary to support Coach Anaya functionality.
8Payment providers
Depending on where and how a purchase is made, relevant payment and transaction information may be processed by:
- Apple;
- Google;
- Stripe; or
- another authorised payment provider identified at checkout.
Payment providers generally process payment details under their own privacy and security arrangements.
Coach Anaya does not normally receive complete payment-card details from Apple or Google.
9Domain and infrastructure providers
FoodRx may use additional providers for domain registration, DNS, security, email delivery or infrastructure administration.
These providers are not necessarily given access to Coach Anaya health or wellness information merely because they support technical infrastructure.
Where a provider begins materially processing Coach Anaya personal information, we may add it to this page.
10Changes to providers or processing locations
Cloud infrastructure and authorised subprocessors may change over time.
A provider may:
- change data-centre locations;
- add or remove subprocessors;
- change routing arrangements;
- change regional infrastructure; or
- move processing between jurisdictions.
We do not guarantee that every processing operation will remain in the same physical location indefinitely.
We will update this page where a material provider or known processing arrangement changes and where doing so is reasonably practicable.
11International privacy safeguards
Where personal information is disclosed or processed overseas, FoodRx Ventures Pty Ltd takes reasonable steps required by applicable law in relation to that handling.
We also seek to use reputable service providers with appropriate security, confidentiality and data-protection arrangements.
