FoodRx Clinical Program

A Selective Clinical Pathway for Complex Cases

The FoodRx Clinical Program is designed for individuals dealing with chronic, unresolved, or non-responsive health conditions that require more than generic advice. This is a selective, high-engagement clinical pathway. Not all cases are accepted.

For Individuals Seeking More Than Symptom Management

Many individuals spend years managing symptoms without addressing underlying drivers.

FoodRx takes a structured approach — analysing your food, habits, and biological responses in depth to build a pathway that works in real-life conditions, not ideal scenarios.

This is for individuals ready to move beyond surface-level advice into a more clinically reasoned approach.

Who This Program Is Designed For

This pathway is suitable for individuals dealing with:

  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • PCOS
  • Thyroid Disorders
  • High Cholesterol
  • Fatty Liver
  • Digestive Issues
  • Autoimmune Conditions
  • Migraines
  • Hormonal Imbalances
  • Inflammation, fatigue, and metabolic instability
  • And other related metabolic and chronic health concerns

It is especially relevant for those who:

  • Have tried multiple approaches without sustained results
  • Are seeking a structured pathway toward improvement and remission
  • Are willing to actively participate in a high-engagement process

How FoodRx Works

FoodRx is not based on generic plans. It is built on deep, case-specific analysis and ongoing refinement.

We analyse your food in depth — even down to the type of salt, oil, ingredients, and how your food is prepared — along with timing, patterns, and real-life triggers that influence your condition.

The framework works across diverse dietary patterns where clinically appropriate.

A High-Engagement Clinical Model

FoodRx is designed for active implementation. For this reason:

  • Daily food logging is required
  • Structured monitoring is required
  • Guidance is provided within structured working windows, with ongoing adjustments based on monitored inputs

This allows your plan to be refined as your body responds.

Entry Pathways

15-Minute Screening Call

This is the first step for most individuals. It is used to:

  • Understand your case at a high level
  • Determine whether FoodRx is suitable
  • Decide whether your case will be accepted into the program
  • Guide you to the appropriate next step

This is a one-time screening call.

1.5-Hour Intensive Clinical Consultation

$550

A high-depth consultation designed to give you clarity and direction. You will receive a limited number of high-impact corrections — typically 2–3 key changes to implement and 2–3 things to avoid.

This is not a full protocol or complete diet plan. It is designed to initiate change and provide direction.

If you proceed into a FoodRx program within 72 hours, this consultation fee is adjusted into your program cost.

The Core Pathway: Structured Programs

These are designed for individuals seeking sustained clinical outcomes, remission-oriented progress, and long-term change.

3-Month Program

Suitable for many individuals to initiate significant change and, in compliant cases, move toward remission-oriented outcomes.

6-Month Program

Recommended for deeper metabolic correction, stabilisation, and more persistent conditions like diabetes.

12-Month Program

Designed for long-term rebuilding, extended monitoring, and deeper biological stability.

What Makes This Different

Precision, not approximation

Real-life adaptability

Cultural food relevance

Close monitoring and continuous refinement

This is not casual nutrition advice. It is a structured, clinically reasoned, remission-oriented framework.

Designed For

  • Individuals with chronic or recurring health conditions
  • Those experiencing fatigue, inflammation, or metabolic instability
  • Individuals seeking a structured, non-restrictive approach
  • Those looking beyond short-term symptom management
  • Individuals wanting a personalised strategy aligned with their lifestyle and cultural food preferences

A Program for People Ready to Commit

This pathway is designed for individuals ready to commit to structured change. It is not suitable for:

  • Those seeking generic advice
  • Those unwilling to log consistently
  • Those looking for low-engagement support

Important Note

FoodRx works alongside medical care where required. It does not replace medical treatment. In many cases, structured nutritional intervention can significantly improve outcomes and reduce dependency, but this is assessed individually.
