Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about FoodRx programs, engagement models, and how the framework works.
General
FoodRx is a clinically structured framework that uses food as a strategic intervention to support clinical improvement, sustained outcomes, and remission-oriented results where possible.
FoodRx is not a generic diet plan.
It is a structured, case-specific system that analyses how food interacts with your condition, lifestyle, and biological drivers — then applies this in a way that works in real life.
No.
FoodRx works alongside medical care where required. In many cases, structured food-based intervention can support clinical improvement and, in compliant cases, remission. This is always assessed individually.
No.
While many individuals achieve significant improvement and remission, outcomes depend on the condition, duration, and adherence.

- This call also determines whether your case is accepted into the FoodRx pathway
This call is offered once.
Yes, if you have already had a recent screening call and were accepted.
Otherwise, the call is recommended to ensure the right direction.
You receive:
- Detailed case analysis
- Root-cause understanding
- Clear direction to begin
Typically, this includes:
- 2–3 key changes to implement
- 2–3 things to avoid
You are also guided on how to apply these in your daily routine.
This consultation is designed to give clarity and direction — not a complete program or full diet plan.
